Sebastian Dembski is Senior Lecturer in Planning and Director of Teaching Quality in the Department of Geography and Planning at the University of Liverpool. Sebastian’s work concentrates on urban transformation processes from an institutional perspective. He studied Planning at TU Dortmund University, Germany, followed by a PhD at the University of Amsterdam, Netherlands.
